Troubleshooting Instagram connection

Account not shown between options

If you're trying to connect your Instagram account to PostFlow and don't see it among the options, this guide will try to help.

✅ Business or Creator account type

Instagram account needs be set up as a Business or Creator account. Business is recommended, creator does not support all PostFlow features, such as product tagging.

✅ Linked to Facebook Page

Instagram account must be linked to its own Facebook Page.

✅ Admin permissions

Instagram account must be connected to PostFlow by a person with Admin permissions and full control.

✅ Select ALL permissions when connecting account

Do not select individual accounts or permissions during the process! You have to select the option "Opt in to all current and future …"
