New features and improvements to PostFlow.
New approval workflows
We have redesigned the approval workflow and now have 4 ways you can use to approve your content.
Whether you need a simple approval from anyone on your team or a complex multi-level workflow involving clients, our flexible approval system adapts to your flow.
None
Approvals are disabled and not needed for publishing.
Loose
Approval is required, anyone in your organization with approval permission can grant approval. When you create a post, you can select who will be notified to give approval.
Strict
One approval is required
Select multiple users, the post will be ready for publishing once it gets at least 1 approval.
Everyone must approved
All selected users must give their approval before publishing a post.
Strict multi-level
In strict mode you can also use the multi-level approval process, if you select your team members and clients as approvers.
Clients will only be notified when all selected internal members approve content.
Groups permissions and improvements
We have added a much requested feature to make it easier for you to manage your organization in PostFlow. You can now select which groups a user has access to.
For internal members you can set access to all groups, current and future ones.
For external users and clients, select only the social account groups they should see.

Bluesky integration π¦
Weβre thrilled to share that PostFlow now supports Bluesky! π₯³
Start planning and scheduling your Bluesky posts with PostFlow. You can easily use all available post formats. You can publish:
- video
- up to 4 images
- quote post
- quote post and attach video or images
- publish the first comment with a condition
You can add alt text to images as well as video.
Now with Bluesky, you can cross-post to 9 social networks at once with one click.

Instagram Reels
We've added support for Instagram Reels. You can now schedule Instagram Reels directly from your ClickUp workspace.
To schedule Instagram Reels, create a new post as you are used to in PostFlow and add a video in the appropriate format for IG Reels.

Facebook and Instagram π
We're excited to announce new integrations for PostFlow! π
Now you can share your Instagram and Facebook Page posts directly from your ClickUp workspace!
With PostFlow, you can schedule post image, videos, or a carousel post (multiple photos and videos in one post). We are also preparing support for Instagram Reels.
To connect to PostFlow, you have to convert your account to Instagram Business account. Business accounts require to have a Facebook Page linked to them.

Facebook Page
You can schedule and publish video posts or posts with up to 10 images. Mentioning other Facebook pages in a post is currently not supported.

StoreToClickUp improvements β¨
Weβve made a couple of improvements to StoreToClickUp.
π Saving metrics
In addition to the content, public tweet metrics (likes, replies, retweets) are also saved. You can now filter your saved tweets and threads by how much of a social buzz they made.
π Preventing duplicates
Do you save a lot of Twitter threads? Now you no longer have to worry about duplicate content. Duplicate tweets will no longer be saved to your ClickUp list.

With this StoreToClickUp update, your saved tweets will look even better in ClickUp!

All images are now saved directly to ClickUp by default.
If you do not want to save media directly to ClickUp, you can disable this option in the settings.
π expanded URL links
All links in the ClickUp task are expanded and displayed in full size.
πͺ clickable Twitter Space cards
User mentions are now clickable, and the link goes to the user's Twitter profile.

We recommend saving the content of the last tweet with an anchor as a template. You can then easily attach the ending tweet in two clicks.
